Mr. Shirazee is the Sponsor and Principal Shareholder of Vector Securities and Vector Capital.
With over 30 years of experience in the Pakistani financial sector, he has earlier set-up and managed a financial broking firm (Finex Securities) and an asset management company (IGI Funds) launching two open-end mutual funds.
His previous work experience includes treasury stints with ANZ Bank, American Express Bank and Bank of America in Pakistan.
Mr. Shirazee completed his MBA from Institute of Business Administration, Karachi in 1986 and a Banking Diploma from the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. He is also a Certified Director from the Institute of Corporate Governance, Pakistan.
Nasim Akbar

Mr. Akbar is a Shareholder/Director.
During his initial banking career, Nasim worked with Shearson Lehman Brothers, Painewebber Inc. & Prudential Bache. He moved to Pakistan and worked as Head of Treasury at Mashreq Bank, NDLC and First International Investment Bank.
He was elected President of Financial Markets Association of Pakistan during 2002 & 2003.
Mr. Akbar completed his BBA in Economics, Simon Fraser University, Canada and his MBA from University of Western Washington, USA.
